Welcome to my blog!
I created this space with the goal to help people better understand the amazing world of finances. I believe that by simplifying the language and concepts, I can make the topics more accessible and understandable for the non-financial person.
Imagine you visit a doctor because you have a cough. After the examination, the doctor tells you that you have a virus called “influenza type C” and gives you a long list of medicine and recommendations. You leave the doctor’s office feeling worried and confused, but then you run into an old friend. You tell your friend about your diagnosis and your friend reassures you with a smile, “Oh, you just have a normal flu. All you need to do is rest and drink tea, and you’ll be back to normal in a few days.”
The moral of the story is that sometimes when we talk to experts or specialists, they give us a lot of information because they genuinely care about the subject. However, it can be overwhelming and confusing for someone who doesn’t have a background in the field. The technical terms and jargon can make it difficult to understand what’s really going on. And in the end, we might end up buying products or services that you don’t really understand.
That’s why I want to bring basic principles of finance to this blog, in a way that’s easy for non-financial people to understand. My goal is to help you become more financially aware, without needing to become a specialist in the field. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and that they help you on your journey to understanding the financial world.
I hope you will enjoy it.
